The Villa can be exclusively reserved for a group up to 24 guests.

The eight private acres surrounding the Villa together with the swimming pool, the professional kitchen and the wide garden, makes Tenuta Fagnanetto the ideal choice to organize a group holiday for family or friends. The dominant position on the valley, among the Langhe hills in Santo Stefano Belbo (birthplace of Cesare Pavese), land of the famous moscato sweet wine and UNESCO heritage, offers a breathtaking panorama, made unique by the majestic centuries-old pine tree, symbol of the estate.

INTERIORS

The Villa is structured on two floors. The ground floor is divided into 3 apartments, two of which consist of a main double room, an additional room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and large bathrooms, one of which has a sauna *. The third apartment consists of two bedrooms with independent bathroom, a large living room with double sofa bed and a kitchenette. On the ground floor there are also the professional kitchen, a living room and the laundry room. The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with independent bathroom and a fourth bedroom consisting of a double bedroom, independent bathroom and living room with double sofa bed. Going up the stairs to access the first floor, between the rooms, we also have a shared lounge.

* The use of the sauna must be agreed with the staff and is not included in the room price.

OUTDOOR

The estate is surrounded by vineyards, hazel groves and lays on an elevated and privileged position that guarantees a breathtaking panorama and a unique hilly landscape. Plunged among the Langhe hills, the villa dominates the village of Santo Stefano Belbo.

In the shade of its centuries-old maritime pine, the garden is located on the front of the house. It is divided into several areas including a solarium, an English-style lawn, a panoramic swimming pool with a covered living area, a gazebo and a children’s area. In fine weather it is possible to have lunch or dinner outside in the barbecue area, located aside of the swimming pool, or in the dining area located in front of the professional kitchen.

The Villa capacity ranges from 14 to 24 guests in 8 different rooms each with its own private bathroom. The price includes Wi-Fi, parking and use of the swimming pool in the summer months.
